JOB DESCRIPTION
The job responsibilities cuts accross different roles in the company, and other subsidiaries such as Rayuwa farms, Rayuwa bakery, (Jankawa branch; yet to kick-off, and Rayuwa bakery Wuse branch,) and Real estate.
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Developing & implementing growth strategies
- Training low-level managers and staff
- Creating and managing budgets
- Improving revenues
- Hiring employees
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Analysing accounting and financial data
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
- Generating reports and giving presentations
- Reporting directly to the MD
- Monitoring depatrments/units in the company
- Ensure compliance within staff
- Liason with outsiders/ other institutions
- Other duties assigned by the management
