JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in recruitment process by posting vacancies and screening resumes on job boards and social media
  • Follow up with candidates under documentation
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct induction for newly hired employees
  • Performs periodic audit of HR files and record to ensure all required documents are properly filed
  • Assist in preparing job offer letters and production of ID Cards to new employees
  • Assist during exit interview and complete termination documents

KEY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as HR Assistant
  • Degree in HR or related field
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
