JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in recruitment process by posting vacancies and screening resumes on job boards and social media
- Follow up with candidates under documentation
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct induction for newly hired employees
- Performs periodic audit of HR files and record to ensure all required documents are properly filed
- Assist in preparing job offer letters and production of ID Cards to new employees
- Assist during exit interview and complete termination documents
KEY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as HR Assistant
- Degree in HR or related field
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
