National Sales Manager at Teknokleen

Job objective: To work in and lead the sales, marketing and business development team in the company nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • First university degree in Marketing or any relevant field (MBA or second degree added advantage)
  • Minimum of 7 years experience leading a sales & marketing team preferably in corporate sales of alcoholic beverages

What we look out for: One who is able to:

  • draw up an effective sales and marketing plan that is communicated company wide and aggressively pursued
  • conduct on an ongoing basis formal and informal competitor  analysis, market research, market trends, emerging market leaders etc.
  • aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company
  • manage existing relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction to get new businesses from existing customers
  • measure performance and analyze variance
  • develop new channels of business
