Parts Counter Analyst at Mantrac Nigeria Ltd

To maintain up-to-date and efficient Parts Service system that will satisfy new and old customers. To ensure maximum sales of parts are made with little or no lost sales by providing possible alternatives.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Receive, process, interpret and adequately vet all customers’ LPOs and other related enquiries for desirable selling actions.
  • Prepare parts quotations as required and monitor for transmutation to selling action.
  • Liaise with CIC for proper ordering and prompt parts supply to customers’ satisfaction.
  • Offer Technical advice and alternative solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Ensure prompt auctioning of computer generated Parts Picking lists.
  • Relate with Warehouse Personnel for quick response on customers’ requests.

RELEVANT INFORMATION

  • HND/B.Sc. Engineering with a minimum of 3years working experience in Technical Sections of MNL or similar company.
