Product Operation Specialists at Beacon Power Services

We are looking for qualified product operation specialists who will help optimize customer onboarding experience, accelerate feedback loop process and product adoption across a wide range of products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the PMs in stakeholder management
  • Get direct feedback from customers and help the product teams to prioritize the biggest customer problems to solve
  • Supports the product team by equipping them with relevant usage data to make more informed decision.
  • Track and monitor products performance and functionality after launch to help the team iterate and improve on them
  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes quantitative and qualitative product data and enables the entire organization to make the most of the insights.
  • Work closely every day with cross functional team of PM, designers to align plans and communicate changes with customers and/or internal stakeholders.


  • Minimum of 3yrs in product operation or similar role
  • Enjoy organized and structured approach to operational excellence.
  • Understanding of product management process and requirement gathering
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with Product tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
