  • Mixing, shaping, and baking different types of dough and batter
  • Preparing artisan bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
  • Ensuring quality and consistency in baked goods
  • Following recipes and procedures accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to coordinate timings and requirements
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assisting in menu planning and development
  • Training and supervising junior bakery staff Requirements
