Reporting Analyst at a Reputable Company


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information or Business Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields.


  • A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Reporting Analyst.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Graphing, and Data Processing


  • Collect and present accurate data to support informed decision making.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create and generate regular reports, templates, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis based on organizational needs, using tools like Microsoft Excel and any other reporting tool.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data and generated reports through regular quality checks and validation processes.
  • Work with databases to organize, store, and retrieve data efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to maintain high service standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and streamline customer support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting requirements and tailor data outputs accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Address any issues related to reporting and troubleshoot discrepancies as they arise.
  • Ensure reporting processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
