Job Details

  • Produce high quality food , plating and taste wise to meet the Restaurant standard.
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared and serve to customers in a timely way that meets our standards and turn around service delivery of 15-25 minutes depending on the meal.
  • Always pay attention to reorder level of all our raw materials and work in progress items.
  • Supervise the kitchen assistant to always meet our daily prepping target.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
  • Join in counting kitchen work in progress proteins,rice,swallows as directed by the head chef or sous chef.
    • Execute food preparation tasks according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
    • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in all dishes.
