Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
  • You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.


  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and Second Class Lower in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
