  • Work experience as a Hotel customer service representative.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software programmes, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
  • A Certificate or diploma in hospitality is advantageous.
