Luxe & Élan Lifestyle Company is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Digital Marketer
Responsibilities:
- Manage all digital marketing channels including but not limited to social media (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) and google my business.
- Create and post timely, relevant and engaging content including videos and other multimedia content on the different channels.
- Create and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and prepare weekly reports to track growth and success rates of such campaigns.
- Convert online leads into sales.
- Stay up to date and informed on new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
- Identify industry-related leaders and influencers and engage them in brand activities.
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of HND academic qualification.
- Full understanding of all social media platforms with at least one year of work experience in digital communications and marketing.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design using Canva as well as iPhone photography/ videography and editing using phone applications will be an added advantage.
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
- Ability/willingness to understand what engages a beauty/lifestyle audience online.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Incredible attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Understands and can utilize social media management and measurement tools such as HootSuite, Instagram Analytics etc.
- Working knowledge of email marketing applications (e.g. MailChimp).
- Creative, teachable and self-motivated.
