Front Desk Officer/Client Account Officer at CNL HOMES LIMITED

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
  • Manage Switchboards: Answer all client incoming calls, reroute phone calls or take down messages where necessary
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails
  • Maintain records and files
  • Oversee the office budget
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc)
  • Manage clients’ transactions with the company – subscriptions, payment plans, follow-up mails and calls on payment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate should possess Bachelor Degree or HND in Communications related discipline
  • Must reside within Abijo GRA to Eleko Lekki-Epe axis
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • An experience in a Real Estate firm is a plus
