RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
- Manage Switchboards: Answer all client incoming calls, reroute phone calls or take down messages where necessary
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
- Monitor, organize and forward emails
- Maintain records and files
- Oversee the office budget
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
- Keep updated records and files
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc)
- Manage clients’ transactions with the company – subscriptions, payment plans, follow-up mails and calls on payment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess Bachelor Degree or HND in Communications related discipline
- Must reside within Abijo GRA to Eleko Lekki-Epe axis
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- An experience in a Real Estate firm is a plus
