Service Operations Executive at InterSwitch

Interswitch Limited is an integrated payment and transaction processing company that provides technology integration, advisory services, transaction processing and payment infrastructure to government, banks and corporate organizations.

 

To carry out accurate and timely delivery of routine operations services with regards to operations of products and services offered on the Interswitch Network

Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely operations service delivery for seamless Pre-processing, Real-time processing, dispute management and post transaction processing activities with regards to the following services; Functional Responsibilities
  • Settlement Computation and Collation o Switched transactions settlement o Processed transactions billing o Services/Network billing o Settlement Adjustment o Settlement Representment o Exception Identification, Investigation and resolution/escalation o Ensure disputes to be settled daily are settled accordingly Dispute Operations o Arbitration o Arbitration Billing o Pre-arbitration o Chargeback processing o Representment o Refund Processing File processing o Card Scheme clearing file processing (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex, JCB etc) o Card file processing Routine and Ad hoc Report Delivery o Daily Settlement Reports (Details and Summaries) o Daily Card Management Reports (Card balance, statement, Activity reports) o Periodic Analytical reports ie, Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly
  • (QOC, QMR (Quarterly Mastercard Reports), etc) o Ensure delivery of Daily Dispute Reports (Details) o Ensure delivery of Arbitration Billing Report are provided to relevant parties as in defined frequency
  • Specialized Services o Airtime Stock Balance monitoring and reporting o Airtime Stock procurement and top up confirmation Service Desk o Issue Resolution o Request Fulfilment Administration o Self-Management o Productivity Management o Performance management o Knowledge Acquisition and utilization

Requirements

  • Academic Qualification(s): B Eng / BSc Professional Qualification(s): N/A however relevant experience in EFT and/or Accounting systems principles is an advantage Experience (Number of relevant years): 0 – 2 years
