Job Description
- Ensures all products are available and displayed at required times (in line with display schedule).
- Create a good communication link with kitchen staff to ensure the right products comes out quickly.
- Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer before money is collected.
- Maintain and guarantee an excellent level of hygiene at all the time
- Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.
- Have a good knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions to customers
- Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Job Requirement & Qualification
- Minimum of a High School Certificate
- Experience: Minimum 1 years multi-unit food service experience
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
