Softwares Sales Manager at Swifta Systems

Job Description:

  • Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead to closure, and meet sales targets.
  • Schedule and coordinate outstanding product demos for prospective companies that will result in sales conversions.
  • Prospect new corporate accounts to sell the company’s products and services.
  • Manage existing customers to retain their business and upsell new products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales, and scheduled customer appointments.
  • Collect and analyze information, and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Attend workshops to keep abreast of technology trends and acquire additional knowledge needed for the job.
  • Continuously generating prospective customers and referrals for the business.
  • Conduct sales activities by driving regional revenue and promptly closing sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • BA / B.Sc degree or equivalent.
  • Must have experience selling a SaaS product.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and HRMS solutions and familiarity with using CRMs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven industry experience in a software sales position.
  • Experience in corporate sales management.
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
