Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Tele sales/Marketing/Customer Support experience and have worked in a startup environment.
- As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Ideally candidate should have experience of onboarding new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Help with daily time management.
- Contact prospective customers and onboard them to the platform
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Tele sales/Marketing/ Customer Support experience.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to creatively find solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
