Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Tele sales/Marketing/Customer Support experience and have worked in a startup environment.
  • As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Ideally candidate should have experience of onboarding new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Help with daily time management.
  • Contact prospective customers and onboard them to the platform

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Tele sales/Marketing/ Customer Support experience.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to creatively find solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
