Responsibilities:
Delivery Operations:
- Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations within the assigned area.
- Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transportation.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and timelines.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any discrepancies.
- Collect necessary documentation, such as signatures and payments, as required.
Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the assigned delivery area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet delivery deadlines.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus.
